Mobile Wireframes Community Mailboxes Rollout

The Community Mailboxes roll out program was carefully designed to inform the public about the new mailboxes and how to receive their keys. There was a special attention to make the process mobile/tablet friendly for most impacted users, such as the elderly and users in suburban areas.

As a User Exerience Consultant at Canada Post I built UX deliverables for major projects within the Digital Delivery Network

and participated on all phases of Software Development Life Cycle with stakeholders and developers. I also held responsibility for UX design of Epost / Canadapost Single Sign On (SSO) experiences. Furthermore, I conducted Usability tests and research for SSO and My Account projects and helped the preparation of training demos for Helpdesk and Support personnel.
